Asia Cross-Cultural EXPEDITIONS

e3lg promotes, leads, and coordinates cross-cultural interaction both within the United States and internationally as Short-Term Expeditions.

Activities Typically Include:

  • Teaching English as a second language,
  • Gospel camps,
  • Cross-cultural exchange programs,
  • Creative interactions.

Here is a sample itinerary from just one extensive summer trip …

We trekked with Chinese college students to share life on life. (Three days)

⇒  Working with a company owned by someone who is reaching previously-unreached people groups, we planted cherry trees and interacted with these dear people with our personal stories, sharing time with them. (Five days)

⇒  Conducted a “Movie Camp” on the theme of Love Story. We actually used three stories! We acted out each story and turned them into a movie. Each group shared life lessons from each movie. (Four days)

⇒  Lead a week-long English language camp with some history interwoven into the curriculum. We also journeyed along a well-traveled trail to learn about the history of cultural interaction in Asia. (Five days)

⇒  We met with a number of our Asian friends to encourage, and strengthen their scope as we visited historic sites. (Four days)

⇒  We concluded with a kind of training camp in yet-another city. (Five days)

( Total 26 days 😅 )
